We honour Satyendra Dubey, an Indian Engineering Service (IES) officer. He was the Project Director in the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) at Koderma, Jharkhand. He was murdered in Gaya, Bihar, allegedly for his anti-corruption-related actions in the Golden Quadrilateral highway construction project.
